BREAKFAST

We will no longer provide food for bookings after the end of the year (December 31, 2022). Kitchenettes will still be available in the rooms as described, but guests will need to bring their own food.

Check in/out

We have self check in. You’ll find keys, a welcome letter and WIFI code in the box outside your guest room door. Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
Check out is at 11:00 AM.

Minimum stay

We require a two night stay with all reservations.

Occupancy

Rates are based on double occupancy, plus tax. There is a $30 per night charge for additional guests, including children.

Rates are subject to change.

Prohibited

Please do not smoke or use candles or incense in rooms.
No pets allowed.

Cancellations and Payment

Full payment is due in advance. Your credit card is processed when you make your reservation.

We have a 14-day cancellation policy. We will refund the amount of your payment given 14 days notice, minus a $30 cancellation fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation. If we can rebook your room, we will refund the amount of the booking, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
